We will be working with different instruments, vibrations and sound. Song and light language will be used to deepen inner exploration, shifting emotion, thought patterns, and perspective. It will help your body to let go, relax and replace it with new ones.

Its a place to relax, for ME time. Enjoy the journey for you, enveloped in the sound of instruments, toning, light language and song.

This is a 1 hour session with a group. It will be different each fortnight to allow for the participants and ‘energies’ of that evening.
