Soul Connection

Soul Connection creates a sacred space for you. To help you to come in contact with your essence, where you feel safe and protected, to help with what needs letting go, to absorb what needs to be absorbed, to shift what needs shifting. Bringing you in alignment with your own centre.

During our sessions we can work with a mix of Reiki and sound / toning / instrument/ light-language and song. Or if you prefer, you can choose for a Reiki or a Sound Journey.

We work with what comes up in the moment. This could be release of emotional turmoil / old patterns/ karmic baggage, or grounding you in your own centre and our beautiful Mother Earth, and bringing you in alignment / (re-)connecting you with your soul essence.
